Update: Coalition fires 40+ artillery shells at Hodeidah
HODEIDAH, Jan. 14 (YPA) – Coalition-backed militias on Monday fired more than 40 artillery shells at residential areas in Red Sea port city of Hodeidah, a security official told Yemen Press Agency.
The shelling targeted Zafran and Jarima villages if Hali district.
Earlier in the day, the coalition’s militias targeted 7 July areas in Hali district with machine guns.
The coalition’s militias shelled several areas in Hodeidah despite the UN- brokered cease-fire which went into force on Dec. 18, 2018.
