Israeli minister, settlers storm Al Aqsa

SANAA, Jan. 7 (YPA) – The Israeli Minister of Agriculture, accompanied by a group of settlers, stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque on Monday morning with a heavy guard of the enemy’s special police.

According to the Palestinian Press Agency “Safa,” the official of Public Relations and Information Islamic Endowments in Jerusalem, Firas Debs, said the Minister “Uri Ariel” stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque accompanied by 18 settlers, and roamed in various parts of it’s courtyard with tight security.

He pointed out that the minister  carried out Talmudic rituals, in the area of Bab al-Rahma east of Al-Aqsa.

He said that the enemy police stationed at the gates of Al Aqsa intensified its security measures against Palestinians who came to the mosque, and held some of their personal identities at the doors, especially for women.

Al-Aqsa Mosque is subjected daily to a series of violations and intrusions by settlers and extremist Jewish groups, as well as during the morning and evening periods.
