Water Minister stresses carrying out cholera-awareness campaign between citizens

IBB, Dec. 13 (YPA) – Minister of Water and Environment Nabil Abdullah al-Wazir on Thursday stressed the importance of carrying out cholera-awareness campaign between citizens to fight cholera epidemic in Ibb province.

The move came during his declaration to extent the cholera campaign for another day in the province.

The minster explained that the extension came due to the outbreak of the epidemic in the province and to enable the health teams to reach the rest of the districts.

al-Wazir urged the team to redouble efforts during the campaign period to target vectors of the epidemic in swamps,..
