Southern Leader Calls to Liberate Al-Wadiah Crossing from Hashem al-Ahmar militias

SANAA, Dec. 4 (YPA) – A leader in the so-called Southern Transitional Council (NTC), funded by the UAE occupation, on Monday confirmed that Hashim al-Ahmar militias, which controls the Al-Wadieah crossing, has gone on and increased its thugs to an unprecedented extent.

A member of the southern Transitional Presidency, Ali Abdallah al-said, “Hashem al-Ahmar militias occupied by the crossing border in Hadramawt desert and established an armed point 3 km from the port of the Al-Wadieah.

The move came in order to impose tariffs on tankers and passenger buses in exchange for allowing them to pass, he added.

He further stressed that controlling over the outlet came with the blessing of the forces loyal to exiled Hadi’s government and the leader of the Islah party Ali Mohsen al-Ahmar in the first military region.

He called for the liberation of the Hadramawt Valley from the militia of Hadi’s government.
