Report: Army inflicts heavy casualties on coalition militiamen over 24 hours

SANAA, Nov. 20 (YPA) – The Yemeni army waged a military operations against sites of Saudi-led coalition’s militiamen in various fronts over the past hours, inflicting heavy casualties, a military official told Yemen Press Agency on Tuesday.

In Hajjah province, the army fired a ballistic missile, Badr 1-p, on groups of the militiamen in Medi desert, killing and injuring dozens.

In Hodeidah province, three military vehicles of the militiamen and their crew members were killed by a guided rocket in al-Tuhitah area.

In Jawf province, a number of the militiamen were killed and wounded when the army foiled their attempt to infiltrate towards Khab Washaf district.

In also Jawf, the army attacked two military trucks in al-Maslub district, destroying them and killing crew members.

In Marib province, the army waged an offensive against sites of the militiamen in Nehm district, killing and wounding several.

In Hajjah province, the army fired artillery at gatherings of the militiamen in areas of Hairan and Haradh, killing dozens and destroying a military vehicle.

In border province of Asir, the army foiled an attack of the militiamen in Alib crossing, killing and wounding dozens.

In Najran province, the army attacked sites of the militiamen in al-Ajasher desert, killing and injuring many.

In Jizan province, several Saudi soldiers were killed and others wounded in the army’s artillery attack on their groups in al-Huthirah area, the official added.
