Southern Transitional Council affirms non-participation in exiled Hadi’s gov’t

ADEN, Oct. 18 (YPA) – The UAE-backed so-called “Southern Transitional Council” on Thursday affirmed in statement issued during a meeting held for its leadership that it will not participate in the government of the Saudi-backed exiled Hadi after changing his ex-Prime Minister Ahmed Ben Daghr, Alaraby’s website said.

Earlier, Hadi appointed Mouain Saeed to be his prime minister who replaced Ben Daghr dismissed by Hadi’ after popular mass rallies that demanded to expel the occupation forces of the US-backed Saudi-led coalition that created a catastrophic deterioration in the economic situation in Yemen.

The statement affirmed that the so-called “3 October’s statement” is constitute a road map for the council and it will seek to achieve.

It called on the citizens in the southern provinces to recover what it called the “stolen right”.

Meanwhile, Spokesmen of the council Salim al-Awlaky said that the administrative financial and administrative is a total system and not represented in a lone personality affirming that his council will continue the struggle to combat the corruption in the south, as saying.
