Report: Yemen army inflicted Saudi troops  heavy losses over Friday

SANAA, Feb. 24 (YPA) – Yemen army has inflicted Saudi-led coalition troops and its militias heavy losses during military operation including artillery, missiles and snipping attacks, in coalition sites and its gatherings over Friday, according to army media reports combined by Yemen Press Agency on Saturday.

  • In Jizan border province:

50 caliber” machine gun was destroyed in Hamidha village

Two Saudi-backed militias were shot dead in Hamidha and Nashaw site.

Gatherings of Saudi soldiers were targeted by artillery in Hamidha village.

  • In the border province of Najran:

Artillery and missile shells were fired toward Saudi soldiers’ gatherings in Nahuga censorship.

Saudi-backed militias were targeted by artillery in custom and in front of Khadhraa crossing.

  • In Asir border province:

The army heavily bombed gatherings of Saudi soldiers and militias by artillery and missile in Alb crossing, Jarba camp, and the hills of Khazan and Qanaseen.

  • In Marib province:

Air and missile forces of Yemen army announced the destroying of the UAE forces command building and the PAC 3 defensive system.

  • In Taiz province:

A militias’ military vehicle was destroyed by a guided missile in the western coast front.

The army cleared a village, Kurifat hills and Hasin in Abar of Maqbana from the militias, inflicted the militias heavy losses.

  • In Yemen province of Jawf:

A militias’ military vehicle was smashed in Khalifain area of Khub-washaaf district.

Artillery shelling targeted militias’ gatherings in Sabrin and Mahamisha fronts of Khub-washaaf.

  • In Lahj province:

The Yemen army managed to retake control of Hamam and Khadra hills in Qabayta district,  inflicted the enemy’s mercenaries heavy losses in lives and gear.
