Egypt produces Frigate with French technology

SANAA, Sep. 8 (YPA) – The expert in military affairs and the Editor-in-Chief of the Egyptian newspaper Al-Ahram Jamil Afify said that Egypt managed to produce a frigate by Egyptian experts.

In a statement to the Satellite Channel RT TV, he said that the first frigate made in execution to agreement with France ensuring the fabrication of four frigates in Egypt under the supervision of France.

2100 Egypt engineers and employees participated to produce the first Frigate, he said.

Although it’s France technology which was transmitted to Egypt but it’s the most important achievement to Egypt during the last period.

The frigate can achieve marine tasks without monitoring of Radars, ships or ghost aircrafts.
