Armed factions arrest dozens of citizens in Taiz

TAIZ, Aug. 16 (YPA) – Armed factions arrested dozens of citizens and broke into several houses of the coalition-held- areas in Taiz city on Thursday, a reporter told Yemen Press Agency.

The reporter said that hundreds of people of coalition-held- areas of Jahmaliah went out to appeal the exiled Hadi authorities to intervene for save them from the brutality and terrorism of the Saudi-paid armed groups that belongs to Islah Islamic Party.

Since two weeks, Taiz has been witnessing  the fierce clashes between the armed factions supported by the coalition under the full absence of local authority, which claims control over the city.
