Iraqi judiciary sentences to life imprisonment for 3 terrorists belonging to Daesh

SANAA, Aug. 15 (YPA) – The Central Criminal Court of Iraq on Wednesday sentenced three people to life imprisonment for convicting them of providing logistical support to the terrorist organization of Daesh in the northern province of Nineveh.

On December 10 2017, nearly three years after the war, Iraq, with the help of the popular mobilization forces backed by the Shiite cleric in Najaf and advisers from the Islamic Republic of Iran, announced the liberation of its entire territory from the grip of Daesh.
