UNICEF visits children wounded in Thursday’s coalition air strikes

SAADA, Aug. 14 (YPA) – Meritxell Relano, UNICEF’s representative in Yemen visited on Tuesday dozens of children injured in Thursday’s Saudi-led coalition airstrikes on Saada province.

Relano visited the injured children in several hospitals in Saada.

“The injured children were very shocked and lost ability of hearing,” Relano told reporters.

On Thursday, the coalition air strikes hit a school bus and a popular market in Dhahyan district, killing 51 children and wounding over 79 others.
