Saudi authorities expel ISLAH Party leaders from its Territory

SANAA, Aug. 12 (YPA) – Saudi authorities on Saturday began the process of deporting a number of officials loyal to the exiled Haid from their residence in a hotel in Jeddah city.

The leaders who are being deported belong to the ISLAH Party,  an official familiar with the issues told Yemen Press Agency.

The official confirmed that the Saudi authorities had informed a number of political figures of so-called “legitimacy” on Thursday to give them three days to leave the kingdom without elaborating the reasons.

Saudi security confirmed that the requests for deportation came as a result of the orders made by the royal court, without providing the reasons that led to the issuance of the deportation orders to those leaders.

The expelled leaders carried their bags, some headed for Turkey and others went to Aden, the official added.
