Venezuela accuses two opposition of president assassination attempt

SANAA, Aug. 8 (YPA) – Venezuelan authorities on Wednesday accused two opposition makers of an assassination attempt against president Nicolas Maduro, local media reported.

The move came after the assassination attempt against president by drone.

Julio Borges, one of the country’s most prominent opposition leaders, who live in an exile in Colombia was accused of the attack after the statements made by six suspects were arrested in the accident.

“Several of the declarations indicated Julio Borges and the investigations point to him,”the media said.
