14 Palestinians arrested in West Bank by Israeli occupation

SANAA, July 24 (YPA- At least 14 Palestinians were arrested by the occupation forces, including a journalist during a campaign of raids and arrests in different parts of the West Bank, the occupation media reported on Tuesday.

According to the Israeli statement, it said that occupation forces last night arrested 14 Palestinians for allegedly being “wanted” because they are engaging in activities related to resistance against soldiers and settlers.

The occupation claimed to h found weapons during campaign raids near Ramallah (north of occupied Jerusalem).

The Israeli occupation army arrested the journalist, Lama Khater after storming her house in Hebron and taken her to an unknown destination.

They also arrested Nizar Shehadah, the former education director from his home in the city.

Clashes broke out in the village of Abu Qash, north of Ramallah, while the Israeli occupation forces stormed the villages of “Badras” and “Qabia” west of the city, and carried out searches in a number of houses in the villages.
