Southern tribe calls its fighters to withdraw from northern fronts

LAHJ, July 19 (YPA) – The southern tribe of Sabaiha on Wednesday called on the tribe’s fighters on the western coast fronts to return to the city of Lahj and fight in the fronts of Ras al-Aarah, al-Madariba, Tor al-Baha and Karish.

During its meeting, the tribal council of Sabaiha Sheikhs said, in a statement, that it stands “against all those who attract the tribe’s sons and put them in the northern fronts.”

The council called for the return of all fighters from the tribe’s members in the western coast and Saada province, approving the support of Ras al-Aarah, al-Madariba, Tor al-Baha and Karish fronts.

The meeting tasked head of the council to communicate with the Saudi-led coalition and the concerned authorities to deduct not any dues for the tribe’s fighters.

The tribal meeting of Sabaiha Sheikhs came after the call of head of the so-called Supreme Revolutionary Council, Hassan Ba’oum, for the return of all southern fighters to the borders of 1990, leaving fighting on the northern fronts.
