Southern Revolutionary Council President: Coalition pushes southern sons in futile battles

ADEN, July 18 (YPA) – President of the Supreme Revolutionary Council for the Liberation of the South, Hassan Ahmed Baouam, said that the next stage in the south requires a peaceful revolutionary escalation, to end pushing southern sons in futile battles.
Baoum said in a statement that the council renews its call for southern soldiers and officers to withdraw from the front lines to the pre-1990 borders and to reject any orders to push them out of that border, stressing the necessity of not accepting any non-southern military forces in the South at all.
Baum also demanded that the sons of the south, especially Aden and Hadramout, be followed by the experience of Maharh people , who proved that they hold on to their land and sovereignty and put an end to the arrogance of foreign occupation and interference in their affairs.

Baoum explained their position on the current war, which has made southern people more convinced of their power, after they were among the first rejecters to make the country a proxy war arena for international and regional conflict.
