Aden Governor: South is witnessing racist practices, social fabric disruption

SANAA, Aug. 10 (YPA) – Aden governor, Tariq Salam, confirmed on Wednesday in Sanaa “that the occupied areas of the Yemen south are witnessing racist practices and the disruption of the social fabric to serve the objectives of the occupation.”

The governor pointed out in a news statement that the UAE appeared today as an proxy for America and Britain to loot the oil and gas resources in Shabwa and Marib, noting that the UAE’s aims from this escalation to ensure the arrival of gas through the pipeline extending from Marib to Balhaf area of Shabwa.

He explained that the coalition depended on the exchange of roles, which is currently working to exclude the Islah party, whose paper has expired, calling on the Islah party to return to the ranks of the people, especially after recent events that show that it had become a target of the Saudi-led coalition.

Salam addressed the tribes in the southern provinces that “occupation is targeting the tribal ties and values,” and they should rise to defend their heritage and history, stating that the scheme of sedition would not stop in Shabwa, but would go to Marib and Hadramout as the oil-rich provinces.

He went on to say: “The so-called Saudi-formed Presidential Council is a war council, aiming to mislead the image and show the aggression as a Yemeni war.”
