Saudi Arabia: First case of “Omicron” mutant infection in discovered

RIYADH, Dec. 01 (YPA) – The Ministry of Health in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia announced, on Tuesday, that it had detected the first case of the “Omicron” mutant infection of the new Corona virus, or what has become known as “Covid-19”.

This came in a tweet published by the official Saudi Press Agency on its official Twitter page, in which it indicated that the case is “a citizen coming from a North African country.”
