1, 000 food baskets distributed to people in ‘Al- Duraihymi and Al-Tuhita’ districts in Hodeidah

HODEIDAH, Nov. 29 (YPA) – The branch of the Supreme Council for the Management and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs and International Cooperation in Hodeidah governorate on Sunday distributed 10,000 food baskets to displaced and affected families in al- Duraihymi and Al-Tuhita districts.

At the inauguration, which was attended by the directors  of the two districts , director of the Council’s branch, Jaber al-Razhi, said the council will do best effort with humanitarian partners to overcome difficulties in working to provide and implement sustainable projects to alleviate the suffering of citizens.

He stressed the importance of returning of the displaced families to their homes in in al- Duraihymi and Al-Tuhita, and providing them with needs.

Al-Razhi was briefed on the living conditions in the camps for displaced persons in Al-Duraihymi Al-Tuhita and their needs.

He stressed the keenness to address their situation in the coming weeks.
