Taiwan deploys its warplanes to confront Chinese military activity

SANAA, Sept. 05 (YPA) – Taiwan deployed on Sunday its fighter jets to confront the Chinese military activities.

Taiwan’s Defense Ministry said that 19 Chinese aircrafts capable of carrying nuclear weapons flew inside the Taiwan Air Defense Zone.

For a year or more, Taiwan island has been complaining about repeated flights by Chinese Air Force planes.

The latest sortie carried out by China, included 10 J-16 planes, four Sukhoi-30 combat aircrafts, H-6 bombers capable of carrying nuclear weapons and anti-submarine aircraft, Taiwan Defense Ministry declared.

The Ministry added that Taiwan fighter planes were sent to warn the Chinese planes and missile systems were also deployed to monitor them.
