Floods sweep away Saudi-backed militants in Lahj

LAHJ, June 9 (YPA) – Citizens found a body of one of Saudi-backed militants washed away by floods in Tuban valley to farms in the southern province of Lahj, local sources told Yemen Press Agency on Saturday.

Mohammed Hussein al-Nemshi was on a motorbike along with his fellow, who survived, when the floods washed them away in Aqqan bridge linking Lahj with Taiz province, which was destroyed by Saudi-led coalition warplanes in 2015.

Al-Nemshi is a recruit of the pro-coalition military commander Fadhl Hassan in Karish area.
