Sayyed al-Houthi: We spotted Israeli planes flying over Hodeidah

SANAA, June 3 (YPA) – Leader of the Yemeni revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik al-Houthi, said on Saturday that the army spotted an Israeli aircrafts flying in skies of Hodeidah province.

This came during al-Houthi’s lecture on Saturday evening as part of the Ramadan lectures that he delivered every day through Al-Massira TV channel.

Sayyed al-Houthi’s statements come after the Yemeni army achieved a significant military progress in the west coast front, where a whole battalion of Saudi-led coalition militants was killed in al-Faza area, southern Tuhaita district of Hodeida province.

The military confrontations has recently escalated in Hodeidah between the Yemeni army forces and the Saudi-led coalition militias backed by the UAE, which seeks to destroy the port of Hodeidah, the only lifeline for the entry of humanitarian aid into the country.
