Report:  2 civilians killed in 33 Saudi-led airstrike on Yemen over 24 hours

 

SANAA, May 29 (YPA) – Two civilians were killed and another was injured when the US-backed Saudi-led coalition launched 33 airstrikes and ground attacks targeted several areas of Yemen’s provinces during the past 24 hours,  according to a statement of Ansar Allah Media Center obtained by Yemen Press Agency on Tuesday.

 

  • In Saada province:  

Six airstrikes hit Azhur area of Razih district.

Two airstrikes were waged on Qad area of Razih district.

Seven airstrikes on Atfin area of Kutaf district.

Meanwhile, missile and artillery shelling targeted several areas of Munabeh and Razih border districts.

  • In Hodeidah province: 

Two civilians were killed and another was injured in two airstrikes on Car Maintenance Workshop in Nakhila area of Durihimi.

Two US-drone’s airstrikes were waged on Ras-Eisa area of Salif district.

  • In Yemen’ Jawf province: 

Saudi-backed militias shelled residents’ homes and properties with heavy weapons in Mutun district.

  • In Hajjah province: 

10 airstrikes were launched on several areas of Medi district.

Three air raids on Mazarq area of Haradh district.

A Saudi-led coalition airstrike hit a main road in Hairan district.
