NCM expects sporadic rains on Yemeni provinces

SANAA, Feb. 21 (YPA) – The National Center For Meteorology (NCM) on Sunday expected sporadic rains in the most of Yemeni provinces with in the coming 24 hours.

The center affirmed in its weather forecast the weather would partly cloudy, with the continuation of sporadic rain, accompanied by thunderstorms, in separate parts of the western highlands and the western coast.

The NCM mentioned the possibility of fog formation on the mountain slopes adjacent to the coastal plains, warning motorists to drive carefully on mountain roads because of the decrease in the horizontal visibility.

It called on citizens to be careful and take away from valleys and water channels during the rains, in order to preserve their safety and their property.
