993 kg of hashish seized in Amran

AMRAN, Feb. 08 (YPA) – The security services in Houth district of Amran province on Monday seized 993 kilograms of narcotic hashish.

The seized hashish quantity was hidden under a quantity of building blocks, with egg cartons above it on board a small truck, an official at the security directorate explained.

The official added that the seized hashish was coming from the southern areas controlled by Saudi-led coalition and heading towards Saudi territory.
