Iranian Ambassador to Yemen comments on US decision against Ansarullah

SANAA, Jan. 12 (YPA) – Iran’s ambassador to Yemen, Hassan Irlu, has on Monday commented on the US’s decision to designate of Ansarullah as a terrorist organisation.

In a tweet on Monday, Hassan Irlu, confirmed that the United States does not have a will of its own, as it plans to designate Ansarullah as a foreign “terrorist organization” under the pressure of the Zionist entity.

“The United States does not have a will of its own. It plans to designate Yemen’s Ansarullah as a foreign terrorist group under the pressure of the Zionists, despite it being a major party in the Yemeni negotiations,” Irlu he said.

“The usurper Zionist entity does not want stability and peace in Yemen, but the people of Yemen, the peoples of the region and the free people in the world will surprise Israel and its protectors with more support for this blessed movement,” he added.

According to Reuters, the US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo announced Monday that the State Department will notify Congress of its intention to designate Ansarullah as a “foreign terrorist organisation”.
