Speaker of Parliament offers congratulations to Albanian counterpart

SANAA, Nov. 28 (YPA) – The Speaker of Parliament, Yahya Ali Al-Ra’i, sent on Saturday a cable of congratulations to Gramoz Roche, the Speaker of the Albanian Parliament.

In the cable, Al-Ra’I congratulated Roche, and the Albanian people on the occasion of the country’s celebrations of the national day.
