Morales leaves Argentina for Venezuela after his party’s election victory

SANAA, Oct. 24 (YPA) – The official Argentine News Agency said that former Bolivian President Evo Morales left Argentina on a plane bound for Venezuela after his Socialist Party won the elections in Bolivia.
The agency reported on Friday that Morales, who has lived in Argentina since his resignation, amid protests in November of last year, left on an official Venezuelan government plane Friday afternoon heading to Caracas.

On Monday, Morales announced his intention to return to Bolivia after left-wing Luis Arce’s victory in the presidential election last weekend.

It should be noted that Louis Arce, the winner of the presidential election, was the Minister of Economy under Morales and the candidate of the movement toward socialism.
