One child killed in mortar shell in Taiz

TAIZ, Oct. 16 (YPA) – A child was killed and two others were wounded on Friday when the Saudi-led coalition forces fired a mortar shell on residential area of Taiz province, a security official told Yemen Press Agency.

The director of security if the province, Brigadier General Ali Hussein Dabish, affirmed that the mortar shell hit the Automatic Bakery neighborhood in Salh district.

Dabish denounced the continued targeting by the aggression and its mercenaries against populated areas and civilian objects in light of the international shameful silence.
