Parliament approves report of Foreign Affairs, expatriates Committee

SANAA, Sep. 13 (YPA) – The Parliament, in its session on Sunday chaired by Speaker Yahya Ali Al-Ra’i, approved the report of the Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Committee on the activities of the Foreign Ministry in light of the aggression and siege.

This came after the commitment of Foreign Minister Hisham Sharaf to implement the recommendations of the House.

During the session, the Parliament’s members renewed their rejection of all forms of normalization with the Zionist entity and considered those normalizing steps taken by the rulers of the states of the UAE and Bahrain as abandonment of the rights and issues of the Arabs, and in the foreground the Palestinian issue.

They stressed the importance of the role of the Foreign Ministry in conveying Yemen’s voice rejecting all normalization actions with the Zionist enemy to the world and introducing the cause of the Yemeni people and the aggression and blockade they suffer from in international forums.

The Parliament’s members also called for Yemeni-Yemeni dialogue to take place away from the interference of ‘the aggression countries’ to solve the Yemen issue through political options and give priority to the interests of the Yemeni people.
