Power service backs to Hodeidah

HODEIDAH, Aug. 12 (YPA) – Acting governor of Hodeidah Mohammad Ayyash Qahim and Deputy Minister of Electricity Abdul-Ghani al-Madani on Wednesday inaugurated the power station to back the electricity service to Bajil district and adjacent areas of Hodeidah, after stopping since 2015.

During the inauguration, Qahim praised the efforts played by Electricity Corporation and the technical teams in completing the implementation of maintenance and rehabilitation works for connecting electricity lines with network in Bajil district.

He pointed out that the Electricity Ministry’s plan would include restoring power service to the various districts of the governorate within the matrix of the national vision for building the modern Yemeni state related to the electricity sector.
