Report: civilians injured in 27 Saudi-led airstrikes on Yemen’s provinces over 24 hours

SANAA, May 14 (YPA) – Yemeni civilians were injured when the US-backed Saudi-led coalition launched 27 airstrikes and fired missile and artillery shells which targeted civilians and their properties in several areas of Yemen’s provinces over the past 24 hours, Ansar Allah Media Center said in a statement obtained by Yemen Press Agency on Monday.

  • In Saada province:

Civilians were injured in an airstrike targeted them in Majazin of Maran area.

Nine airstrikes were waged on Mahadher area of Sehar district.

An airstrike on Azqwel area of Sehar.

An airstrike hit Dhaher district.

Meanwhile, dozens of missile and artillery shells were fired toward several areas of Razih border district.

  • In Yemen’s Jawf province:

Saudi-backed militias targeted Mutun district with heavy weapons.

  • In Hodeidah province:

Coalition warplane targeted a boat for one of the fishermen off Haimah  port in Tuhaita district.

  • In Hajjah province:

9 airstrikes were waged on Haradh and Medi districts.

  • In Marib province:

Two airstrikes hit Habab area of Serwah district.

  • In Sanaa province:

an air raid was launched on Madfon area of Nehm district.

  • In Jizan border Saudi district:

Two Saudi-led coalition airstrikes were waged on Jara valley.
