Coalition forces continue to escalate in Hodeidah, 15 air strikes hit Hajjah, Marib

PROVINCES, June 5 (YPA) – Saudi-led coalition forces continued on Friday to escalate their violations of the ceasefire agreement in Hodeidah province, and waged 15 air raids on Hajjah and Marib provinces during the past 24 hours.

A military official explained that the coalition forces committed 128 violations in Hodeidah, including an attempt to infiltrate into Hays district and the flying of seven spy planes over several areas of the province.

He added that the coalition forces bombed al-Jah area of Beit al-Faqih district with artillery and machine guns and fired tank shells at al-Jarba village in the outskirts of the besieged city of al-Durayhimi.

Meanwhile, the coalition warplanes waged four raids on Haradh district of Hajjah province, and ten raids on Serwah and Majzar districts of Marib, as well as an air raid on al-Boqa area off Najran region.
