Dozens of wounded, unpaid militias to sue Hadi

MARIB, May 4 (YPA) – Dozens of wounded militias backed by Saudi-led coalition on Friday announced their intention to file a lawsuit against the exiled resigned Riyadh-based president, Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi, because of the negligence they have suffered after being injured in the confrontations in MIDI, and without payment  for nearly a year and had no access to health care.

According to the representative of the Coalition’s wounded in the fifth military region, the wounded were facing inhuman treatment by their leaders, who had left them vulnerable to a permanent disability.

He noted that the wounded held demonstrations since three months ago in front of the headquarters of the Chief of staff, but that the demonstrations did not receive any response or get any attention of the concerned bodies.

The wounded confirmed that they had signed a legal power of attorney to start trial proceedings and his commanders in the courts.
