Four prisoners of army liberated in new swap deal

SANAA, March 29 (YPA) – Head of the National Committee for Prisoners’ Affairs Abdelqader al-Mortadha on Sunday announced the liberation of four prisoners from the army and popular committees in exchanges with the other party through local mediators on the West Coast.

On Saturday, that the committee was able to free 14 prisoners of the army and popular committees in Jawf front through local understandings, less than 96 hours after a similar operation in the same province ordered the release of five prisoners of the army and committees through local mediation.

On February 7, the Prisoners’ Committee revealed the release of four prisoners of the army and popular committees of the Shabwah front in an exchange through local mediation.
