President Al-Mashat discusses Government’s activity, plans

SANAA, April 30 (YPA) – President Mahdi al-Mashat discussed on Monday with Prime Minister Abdulaziz bin Habtoor the National Salvation Government’s activity and achievements during the current year and its future plans.

During the meeting, the President stressed the importance of boosting the level of economic and service performance, overcoming the challenges imposed by the aggression coalition, and supporting fronts.

“What is required in this critical situation is that everyone bears responsibility for solving citizens’ problems and strengthening the functional and administrative discipline,” Al-Mashat said.

President al-Mashat directed the government to fill the vacuum and vacancies in the administrative sector at the central level and in the provinces.

The President stressed that the project launched by the martyr president Saleh Al-Sammad under the slogan “A hand builds and another protects” should be given a top priority and be translated into realty.

The meeting reviewed what has been achieved at the diplomatic level and breaking the political siege imposed on Yemen by the aggression coalition for more than three years.

The meeting also dealt with the government’s priorities during the current phase to enhance the steadfastness in countering the aggression and to mitigate the suffering of citizens, especially with the approach of the holy month of Ramadan.
