Report: Yemen Army inflicts Saudi troops heavy losses over Sunday
SANAA, April 30 (YPA) – Yemen army has launched military offensive operations to foil US-backed Saudi-led coalition militias and soldiers’ infiltration toward military sites over Sunday, Ansar Allah Media Center said in a statement obtained by Yemen Press Agency on Monday.
- Coalition media admitted of killing 6 and injuring 4 of its soldiers by the fire of Yemen army in beyond border fronts.
- In southern Saudi province of Jizan:
Dozens Saudi soldiers were killed and injured during repelling their infiltration toward Dod mount which was backed by warplanes and Apache helicopters’ airstrikes.
- In Najran Saudi border province:
The army carried out a surprise attack on Saudi site of Sudais, killing, injuring dozens and destroying a military vehicle.
- In Yemen province of Jawf:
An advance of Saudi-backed militias was foiled in Ramlia hill of Ajasher desert, killing and wounding many of them.
Engineering unit of the army destroyed a militias’ military vehicle by an explosive device in Mahamish front of Khub-washaaf district.
- In Taiz province:
The army bombed a military vehicle of militias by an explosive device in the north of Moazea district, killing all its crew.
- In Bayda province:
Dozens of Saudi-backed militias were killed and injured when their military vehicle was bombed by an explosive device in Qaifa front.
