Report: 3 children, 5 civilians killed in 25 Saudi-led airstrikes over 24 hours

SANAA, April 29 (YPA) – Three children and five Yemeni civilians were killed and ten others were injured, including children, when the US-backed Saudi-led coalition launched 25 airstrikes and more than 50 missile and artillery shells on several areas of Yemen’s provinces over the past 24 hours, Ansar Allah Media center said in a statement obtained by Yemen Press Agency.

 

·         In Saada province:

A child was killed and four civilians were injured, including two women and a child, in two airstrikes on Ghamar area of Razeh district.

A civilian was killed in an airstrike targeted a petrol station and shops in Khamis area of Saqin district.

Two airstrikes were waged on Alaf area of sehar district.

Four airstrikes on the Central Bank, Kahlan Camp and Sarar area of Sehar district.

Meanwhile, more than 50 missile and artillery shells were fired toward several areas of Razeh border district as well as in Shada and Monabeh border districts.

·         In capital Sanaa:

A mother and her infant were killed from their wounds and four others were injured in an airstrike hit their home in Shamlan area.

A civilian was killed and two others were injured in two airstrikes hit Saba’en square during the funeral of President al-Sammad and his companions.

An airstrike targeted the building of the Blood Center at Al-Sabeen Hospital for Motherhood and Childhood, causing material damage.

Two airstrikes were waged beyond TV hill.

Two airstrikes hit 21 September park and one on TV hill.

·         In Hajjah province:

An old woman and two children were killed in an airstrike on Shaalilah area of Haradh district.

Three airstrikes were launched on Jar farms in Abs district.

Meanwhile, the artillery force of Saudi-led coalition shelled Aten area of Bakil-Mair district and Mazroq market of Haradh district.

·         In Taiz province:

An airstrike hit Khaled camp of Mowazea district.

Two Saudi-led airstrikes were launched on the north-west of Barh market of Maqbanah district.
