Iran condemns assassination of president al-Sammad

SANAA, April 24 (YPA) – Foreign Ministry of Iran on Tuesday condemned President Saleh al-Sammad’s assassination by three US-Saudi air attacks on Yemen’s western province of Hodeidah, in a statement received by Yemen Press Agency

In the statement, the ministry offered a condolence to mourn the Yemeni people and the Supreme Political Council in the martyrdom of president Saleh al-Sammad.

The martyrdom of al-Sammad was killed in the US-Saudi air attacks on his convoy during an inspecting visit to the province in last Thursday.
