Yemeni riyal drops after new printed currency batch arrived in Aden

SANAA, Nov. 15 (YPA) – The Yemeni riyal on Friday declined again against foreign currencies, most notably the US dollar and Saudi riyal.

Banking sources attributed that to the arrival of a new batch of Yemeni currency printed in Russia to the Central Bank in Aden province.

Thus, the exchange rates were as to follow:

U.S. dollar Buy: 565 riyals,  Sale: 568 riyals.

Saudi riyal Buy: 149 riyals,  Sale: 149.6 riyals.
