Coalition fails to make any progress despite steady escalation

SANAA, Nov. 15 (YPA) – The Yemeni army’s spokesman Brigadier General Yahya Sarie on Friday said that Saudi-led coalition countries failed to achieve any progress on the ground despite the continuous escalation and mobilization on various fronts.

“The aggression coalition countries continued their escalation on the border and home fronts through ground attacks under continuous air cover by more than 12 air strikes without achieving any significant progress,” Sarie said in a statement.

The coalition forces received strong blows from the army and popular committees in response to this escalation and aggression, he added.

The spokesman referred that the coalition warplanes launched an air raid on al-Luhaiya area in Hodeidah province, in a clear violation of the ceasefire and Sweden Agreement.
