Strong blast rocks Yemen’s Abyan

APYAN, April 22 (YPA) – A loud explosion was heard and columns of smoke and fire were seen rising at dawn on Sunday in Abyan province, southeast Yemen, local sources reported.

The blast was likely resulted from targeting of a weapon store belonging to al-Qaeda organization by an unmanned aircraft in Mahfad district of the province, the sources said.
