Yemen’s Foreign Minister meets International Crisis Group official

SANAA, July 21 (YPA) – Foreign Minister Hisham Sharaf met on Sunday with the executive chief of the International Crisis Group Robert Malley.

Sharaf stressed on the importance of ending the war, lifting the siege and reopening Sanaa international airport would pave in confidence-building measures and achieving peace.

At the meeting, the minister reviewed the devastating humanitarian situation in Yemen due to the Saudi aggression and its out-all blockade.

Sharaf said the aggression has carried out the policy of systematic destruction for targeting infrastructure and services of the Yemeni people.

The minister affirmed the National Salvation Government’s keenness and commitment of implementation of the Stockholm agreements as a real starting point for peace.
