Update: 14 coalition soldiers gunned down in Najran, Jizan

NAJRAN, JIZAN, July 11 (YPA) – At least 14 mercenary soldiers of Saudi-led coalition were killed and injured on Thursday in sniping operations on fronts of Najran and Jizan, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

On Wednesday, the Yemeni army’s snipers gunned down three Saudi soldiers on Jizan front.

During May and June, The army’s sniping operations killed 2577 local mercenaries in ranks of the coalition, 19 Saudi soldiers and nine Sudanese soldiers, according to the army’s spokesman Brigadier General Yahya Sarie.

Sarie confirmed that the sniping operations also destroyed and damaged 30 military vehicles and 15 heavy and medium weapons belonging to the coalition on several internal and frontier fronts.
