Report: Army wages attacks on Saudi troops’ gatherings over 24 hours
SANAA, April 10 (YPA) – Yemen army has carried out military operations including artillery, missiles and snipping attacks on Saudi soldiers and militias’ gatherings and sites over Monday, according to reports combined by Yemen Press Agency on Tuesday.
· Saudi coalition media admitted the killing of four soldiers in clashes with the army in border fronts line.
· In Jizan border province:
A medium-range ballistic missile, Qaher 2M was fired toward gatherings of militias and Sudanese army south of Mawsem.
Yemeni army repelled Saudi soldiers’ advance toward Dood mountain and Hutami, inflicted the soldiers heavy casualties.
· In Najran border province:
A militias’ military vehicle was destroyed by an explosive device in Ajasher desert.
A Saudi military vehicle was smashed by a guided missile in Sudais site.
A ballistic, Zilzal-2, and numbers of artillery shells were fired toward Saudi soldiers and militias’ gatherings beyond Nahuqa site.
Nine of militias were killed in an explosive device targeted a military vehicle in Ajasher desert.
Artillery shelling targeted militias’ sites in front of Aleeb site, Shabaka and Qiada sites and Boqea desert in front of Khadhraa crossing.
A Saudi soldier was shot dead in Mrash censorship.
· In the border province of Asir:
Artillery shelling targeted gatherings of Saudi soldiers and militias in Alb crossing, Jamarik, Jawazat, Khazan hill, and the sites of Sahwah, Qashaba, Hadhar and Shabakah.
· In Bayda province:
Four of Saudi-backed militias were killed and two injured by fire of Yemen army in Natea and Abdaih fronts.
· In Marib province:
Two of militias were killed by Yemen army’s fire in Serwah and Qaniah fronts.
· In Taiz province:
11 of militias were shot dead during repelling their advance in Asaifra.
A leader of militias was killed in Zanuj front.
Over 30 of Sudanese army were killed and injured during an attack on their site in west coast front and gathering of military vehicles were bombed in the south of the coast.
Yemen army attacked militias’ sites in West coast front, inflicted heavy casualties.
An offensive operation was carried out on militias’ sites in Air Defense of Bir-Basha, killing and wounding dozens.
· In Lahj province:
Engineering units of Yemen army destroyed two military vehicles, one of them was loaded with militias, in the east of Kahbub district, killing and wounding dozens.
A Saudi-backed militia was killed by Yemen army’s fire in Karsh front.
· In Yemen province of Jawf:
Engineering units of Yemen army destroyed a military vehicle by an explosive device in Mahamish front of Khub-washaf district.
