Yemen army causes huge losses to Saudi-coalition gunmen in Taiz

TAIZ, Jan. 21 (YPA) –  The Yemeni army destroyed  on Sunday a number of military vehicles belonging to the Saudi-led coalition gunmen in Taiz province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

TAIZ, Jan. 21 (YPA) –  The Yemeni army destroyed  on Sunday a number of military vehicles belonging to the Saudi-led coalition gunmen in Taiz province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

 

Four Emirati military vehicles were destroyed in Moza’ district north of Khaled Bin al-Waleed camp, which the occupying forces of the United Arab Emirates turned it to a prison for detaining citizens.

 

All crews of the wrecked vehicles were killed, the official added.

 

A number of the coalition-allied militia, including militants of Al-Qaeda and Daesh, were killed after the army’s artillery shelling on their gatherings in al-Rawsi hill and near the government compound.

 

A military PMP vehicle belonging to the coalition gunmen was destroyed in al-Dhabab area, while the Yemeni army artillery force bombarded gathering of the coalition gunmen in al-Maswara hill, which left a number of dead and wounded in their ranks.

 

The Yemeni army carried out an attack on the coalition gunmen’s locations adjacent to the al-Tashrifat camp, which resulted in several dead and injured among them.

 

The army also foiled an attempt of infiltration of the coalition gunmen towards Othman School in Taiz.

 

On the other hand, the coalition militants carried out a failed crawl towards the positions of the Yemeni army in al-Aska hill in al-Aqroodh area and suffered losses in their ranks and gear, according to the military official.
