Report: 4 civilians killed in ground attacks, 19 airstrikes over 24 hours

 

SANAA, April 9 (YPA) – At least four Yemeni civilians were killed and others injured when the US-backed Saudi-led coalition launched artillery and missile attacks and 19 airstrikes on several provinces of Yemen over the past 24 hours, according to medic and military reports obtained by Yemen Press Agency on Monday.

  • In Saada province:

Two civilians were killed by artillery and missile shelling in several areas of Shada district.

Artillery and missile shells targeted several areas of Razih border district.

Meanwhile, 10 airstrikes were waged on Mandabh area of Baqem district.

  • In Hodeidah province:

Two civilians were killed and other injured in five airstrikes hit a civilian’s farm in Jarahi district.

  • In Taiz province:

A civilian was killed and four were injured in an airstrike that targeted Mahwal area of Khadir district.

Three Saudi-led airstrikes hit a main road in Salw district.
