Footage shows Yemeni air defences downing Saudi spy drone in Hodeidah

HODEIDAH, June 8 (YPA) – Military media of the Yemeni army on Saturday released video footage shows air defenses of the Yemeni army shot down a highly advanced US-made spy aircraft belonging to the Saudi-led invading coalition in the province of Hodeidah on Thursday night.

The video showed the moment when a surface-to-air missile hit the “MQ9”. It was down while it was “carrying out a surveillance mission near Za’afran village on the western coast.”
